Anastasios has advised private and corporate clients on a diverse range of property transaction across UK and in Greece for over 17 years and his technical knowledge combined with pro-active deal making skills is highly regarded within the industry.
Anas has consulted on behalf of various organisations in the structuring of investment schemes including residential and commercial property schemes in Europe. He is very instrumental in brokering acceptable solutions to almost impossible situations.

Anastasios is a Director of the Landbank Development Limited. Anastasios worked for over 10 years in investment banking starting his career at Barclays Capital in London before relocating to Athens, Greece where he works as an investment consultant.
Andrew is the Development Management Consultant for the SPV Company. Andrew is an avid Development consultant with over 20 years’ experience of Project Conceptualization, planning, Development Management and Site Sourcing/analysis.
Andrew currently has a dual-track career working as a consultant in the public sector while actively engaged as Development Director at Landbank Developments. Andrew is a contracting consultant at the London Legacy Development Corporation and at The Greater London Authority, thereby having easy access to officials of most planning Departments and the Department of Housing and Lands.
With a focus on sourcing interesting sites, flexibility through partnerships and embracing even the challenging projects, Andrew has navigated the vagrancies of the UK property market to become an expert in creating and handling property and development opportunities.
Andrew started his career in the property sector in 1995 working for Kerringtons Developments Limited in London. Over the years, Andrew has worked as a property developer and in development consultancy roles in the UK and Africa, thereby getting involved in the execution of various private and government funded projects, providing optimal solutions to development projects, problem solving, team building and dealing with third party & Government organisations.
Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from University of Evansville, Indiana, USA and a professional certification in Project Management.

Jim worked for 23 years directing five major companies, most of them growing rapidly in international markets. He has lived and worked in the USA, Canada, Japan and Libya, as well as building companies in Europe
After his MBA, Jim worked for engineering group GKN, and started in internal audit, rising to being the youngest MD in the Group at GKN Kwikform – a building services company. He has worked as MD at Beck & Pollitzer Engineering, and developed the business across Europe into Germany, France, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Later he managed Zip Heaters UK and launched a brand new product into a new sector, rapidly growing sales and starting a service operation.
